Meet Ruth L. Hillelson, M.D.
Dr. Hillelson has extensive backgrounds in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. She is one of the most experienced plastic surgeons in the eastern US and has been successfully treating patients with a wide range of innovative medical techniques and technology.

A former research chemist associate at Harvard, she has realized a long-time dream of producing a breakthrough technology for real skin rejuvenation, Iridesse® Skin Crèmes. Dr. Hillelson spent over 5 years researching and testing the effects of Iridesse® on skin elasticity, thickness, luster and resilience.
A renowned reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgeon who has practiced in Richmond since 1985, Dr. Hillelson is a native of Rhode Island and received her pre-medical education at Johns Hopkins University. She completed her medical school education at Harvard University.
